How to return

Step 1

Select the “RMA” under your account section.

Step 2

Select the “Request New RMA”

Step 3

Select “Add Row” to add your return products. 

Select “Add Row” to add your return products.

Select “Upload Items” to update the Return Excel Files

The Search section would help you to find the correct products information for return products

Products information appear at “Search Result” Section.

“Add” the Products to the return application list.

Step 4

Fill out the addition informations: Packaged Opend, Request Type, Customer Address and others information you want to inform us.

Step 5

Apply a RMA Code

RMA Code and Application Status appear on RMA section.

Select “View Request” to check your Application

Step 6

Our Sales representative will process your Application and fill out Return Address on RMA details page and via Email.

Pls submit Return Tracking Number and Courier details before Confirm Shipping

Step 7

The received products QTY and Test Result would be provided on the RMA details page after Testing by our QC

Clients can check the RMA status or update comments on the RMA details page for additional requirements.
